Feedback from our customers

Hi Maxine,
Just a quick note to say thanks once again to everyone at swimfortri. I reduced my 750m swim time by 25%. My time for London last year was 24:05, Blenheim on Saturday was 18:09! Looking at the before and after DVD (arrived saturday) I can see why. WOW what a difference!!

Thanks again ,
Malcolm

Hello Dan,
I hope you are well and are looking forward to your trip to California. Have a great race.

I just completed a small sprint triathlon in Edmonton, Alberta, Canada where Ron and I are vacationing. For the first time in my life I felt strong in the swim (usually I feel crap and wonder why I am doing this as everyone passes me). I started last in the lane, took it easy in the beginning to warm up and then passed everyone in the lane. I felt strong throughout the whole 750m swim and was surprised when the 'last lap' sign came down. I think I spent about 15mins in the water. My official time is over 16 minutes, but this includes walking to the water from the side of the pool and then walking around the water to exit the pool.

You are a great coach, very motivating and encouraging. I always feel that you care, even if I am a very slow swimmer and will never win anything. Thank you very much for your support throughout the years, very much appreciated.

Dan, just wanted to say thanks for a great session the other day - I thought the whole set up was excellent. I will definitely recommend you guys to my swimmers this week and have no doubt you will be seeing quite a few of my athletes. Will get to work on the info you have sent me and it was nice to feel such a difference in my stroke in such a short period of time.

Best Wishes,
Julian

Dan,

Many thanks for the weekend workshop. It was very insightful and I feel I got a lot out of it.

Will definitely be recommending the workshop to friends if the need arises.

Dear Dan,

Thanks so much for a great session on Sunday. I swam on Monday and tried to put all that you said into practice. I am in the pool again tomorrow so will try the drills you suggest to improve my catch - I may need some clarification on some of the details but will have a go first and see how I get on. I can see very clearly in the Thorpe clip that keeping the elbow high in the early part of the catch is key. I am feeling very motivated to work on this and will call in the next couple of days to arrange my next session in the pool.

Thanks again,
Carolyn

Hi Dan,
Thank you so much for yesterday, it was excellent. You really made me feel so optimistic about my swimming. Looking back at the video, it kinda looks like I'm falling out of a plane as pointed out by my wife who was rolling about on the sofa laughing at me. I can't wait to get to the pool later and try out the session you've detailed below and of course work on those points that I can clearly see are wrong with my stroke.

How about that killer underwater Chuck Norris round house scissor kick, I had no idea I could even get my legs that far apart.
Anyway, I'm currently writing a review for my blog on the ful-on site. I've not actually used this facility yet, so I may yet screw it up. I'll send you a link when it's done and see if I can get a more useful review on the site itself. In my opinion everyone at Ful-on should get to your facility. Triathlon is won in the seconds and in my mind there are minutes to be found at SFT.

Cheers,
Vince Kamp
